Elite 8:
EAST
1) North Carolina vs. 3) Louisville
Pitino versus Williams, what a coaching matchup that will bring two good teams together for an all out war….in the end though, you have to like the Tar Heels in this one. They just have too much talent…
MIDWEST
1) Kansas vs. 10) Davidson
Let me be one of the other million people out there that loves Stephon Curry. The kid is unreal and is what college basketball is all about. While I think Kansas will win this game and the NCAA title, I’d love to see Davidson continue their Cinderella story.
SOUTH
1) Memphis vs. 2) Texas
The game will have some of the best guards in America going at it. Both teams were extremely impressive on Friday night, but Texas has the grit and home state crowd too.
WEST
1) UCLA vs. 3) Xavier
I’m shocked to see Xavier here. This could also be the year that all four #1 seeds make the final four. I think the fact that UCLA has been here for the past three years is what is going to decide this game. Too much experience for Xavier to contend with….
